Come one, come all (welcome to my circus)! I hope you are a pet lover like myself and are here to "real talk"! I am currently in my third year of Veterinary School and plan on snagging my DVM in 2017. Throughout my experience as a pet owner, veterinary client turned veterinary assistant turned student of the treatment of the beautiful creatures on this Earth with us I feel that I have a plethora of things to share with you. I have been the person who couldn't take my pet to the vet due to financial constraints, I have been the person who had to make a split (and expensive) emergency decision to save my pet's life and I have felt the judgement and weight of my decisions and the decisions of others when it comes to our furry family members! Stick around and hopefully I can change your view of the veterinary world because I got in to this profession not only for the animals but for YOU!
